I am already up to 93,000! In only two days! :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

I am a very happy, thankful, joyful lady!
Tomorrow I am preaching at an ordination in Iowa, and I'm so excited to be able to attend.
What a big ol' blessing these platelets are! I will never take them for granted again.
I definitely have my suspicions about what caused the disappearing platelets, but I will save that for another time (and more personal reflection and processing).
What I do know is this: THANK YOU for praying, calling, texting, and writing these last few days. It meant so much to me. This was most certainly one of the most frightening experiences of my 27 years. I learned a lot about community, support, faith, and the human body.

What terrific news! So glad your platelets are on an upswing!
ReplyDeleteI just regaled my mom with the "Emily platelet" story and so we were both THRILLED to hear that you are doing much much better! My mom says "Go Emily!" I think you should bake some celebratory cupcakes tonight. :)
