Little Things: Your turn

Bridge View

"There are no little things. "Little things" are the hinges of the universe." - Fanny Fern

How was your day? Did you experience some glorious moments? Some "hinges of the universe" as this quote describes?

Here are a few fabulous highlights of my day:
1. Discovering a band I really like but had never heard of: Stars
2. Kicking off a new confirmation year
3. My first experience as a crossing guard at the local elementary - complete with brightly orange colored vest
4. A new red blender (perfect for green smoothie making)
5. Hummus, hummus, hummus - and tea, tea, tea!

Your turn! Let's hear it! You know how much I love your comments. Share a few of your highlights from the week so far.

  1. Sweater weather (and getting to wearing my crazy stripey sweater I just finished)! Seeing a bunch of good movies, including "The Squid and the Whale" and "In Bruges"! Labor Day holiday! And coming up this weekend: celebrating The Boy's birthday on Friday and first Northwestern Football home game on Saturday! So much to smile about!
