This morning was the "Balance" retreat at church. It went really well. We had a 21-year-old and a 93-year-old and everything inbetween. Lovely. It is such a joy to see people connecting with one another and with their own beautiful, inner self.
Retreat facilitator will remain on my "dream job" list, most certainly . I have a LOT to learn, but it sure is one of my most life-giving activities.
For the rest of the day, I'm going to read, eat, watch a movie, exercise, eat, read, and sleep. :)
