They pack a lot of protein and fiber, and are great for when you are snacky and/or don't have time for a meal...and who can resist flavors like Dark Mocha Almond?<br><br>Our meal staple for quick fixes are pre-made Indian dinners (Taste of India is a good brand). They take about 3 minutes to warm up on the stove top, I usualy throw in a 1/2 can of garbanzos and a handful of peas, and dinner is served. Great on minute rice! Yum, it doesn't get any better! After being raised on it, I have a hard time eating store-bought. Yes, I'm spoiled, I know. Mom's rationing her supply since the storm knocked out all the orchards last summer. Hoping for a better apple crop this year!<br /><br />(Wow, that was just a really long comment about applesauce.
